Princes Wharf
This complex was developed in the late 1990's on the original 1924 commercial wharf, the six shipping sheds have been redesigned and built to look like a liner. Shed 20 is on the eastern side with views across to Queens Wharf, the ferry terminal and out to the harbour, the North Shore and Rangitoto Island. The wharf is still a working wharf and although the overseas cruise terminal was relocated to Queens Wharf in 2013, occasionally a cruise liner still berths on the eastern side of Princes Wharf. The wharf is now home to the Hilton Hotel, the Princes Wharf Apartments, some commercial offices and a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Quinovic went to great lengths to accommodate myself and my colleague in the same complex over a busy period. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely reach out next time we have an extended stay in Auckland.

Apartment is as expected as I have stayed in the complex before but this is the best apartment in the complex I have stayed at. Didn't meet Paddy but didn't need to, everything was great. The view over the water was fantastic. If someone could do something about the weather so you could enjoy the balcony that would be great! (joking) Fully self contained, plenty of pans, pots etc. and can cater for 6 for a meal.

Great apartment and amazing view -Very clean and I stayed for two weeks so there was a cleaner who came in once a week -Bed was super comfy -It had everything you need in terms of kitchen utensils -Fantastic location in Princes Wharf -Overall very satisfied with the apartment and would highly recommend it -It was very easy to pick up the keys from the security guard who helped me find the right car parks to park in.

My stay was excellent. And everything (Check In / Out outside of the business hours, weekly clean up...) was very well organized. The only thing that can be a concern are the cruise ships sometimes staying overnight face to the flat. The noise of the engine of the big ones running 24/7 can be quite annoying. but in overall it was a very very good stay.

Great location, with an ever changing view, while surprisingly quiet. Loved the close proximity to city centre , transport and restaurants.will definitely stay again and recommend to family/ friends.
