I would like to sing the praise for the staff of Quinovic Viaduct Apartment Management and especially their Manager David Graham as they have done a wonderful job managing my penthouse apartment in Auckland’s CBD for the past decade.
The team at Quinovic viaduct have always been very diligent in ensuring my apartment is well cared for and always rented to a high calibre of guest.
I can honestly say that in the 10 years they have managed my penthouse it has been up kept to the high standard as promised.
We have many quality furnishings, fixtures, fittings and art work throughout I was a little anxious at first about short term letting however my concerns soon faded when I realised that David and his team were equally invested in my property.
Not only do they go above and beyond insuring quality tenants and guests reside in their managed properties but I recently had the need to acquire a rental property in Wellington for my daughter as she had secured a permanent position working in parliament and was struggling to secure a rental in the grossly sort after rental market. David very kindly offered to help as he has known our family in the professional sense for many years now, therefore I believe the character reference he gave my daughter made the difference in her securing her first choice accommodation when there was more than 30 applicants.
